Welcome to the IEI-RLC Homepage!

Ranipet Local Center (abbreviated as "RLC") was established on 15th October 1997 at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) Township, Ranipet- 632406.

It is one of the active local professional bodies in The institution of Engineers (India) - Tamil Nadu State Centere.

Science it's inception, RLC has been serving the engineering fraternity in & around Ranipet, Vellore, Thiruvannamalai, Tirupattur District in the northern part of Tamilnadu.

Various activities & events by RLC include

Organizing technical lectures in various domains of engineering and technology.
Arranging visits to industries to understand various technological developments
Conducting the IEI examinations
Commemorating statutory days as declared by IEI-HQ/ Gol/ UN
Conducting, collaborating for engineering workshops, science conventions, technology summits
Arranging personal well-being sessions viz. health care, handling stress, etc

By October 2022, RLC will be completing its silver jubilee (25 years) of its incorporation
